What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. We service all species, medical conditions, and most behaviors. Interested in being a recurring customer? We have subscription plans located here for discounted prices and priority care!

  • 30 minutes of whatever your pet needs within the time frame. No charge for multiple pets or medication administration.

    $5 gas surcharge for those in the Dalles or Lyle

  • 45 minutes of whatever your pet needs within the time frame. No charge for multiple pets or medication administration.

  • Sleep peacefully knowing your pet has reliable around the clock overnight care from 10pm-6am. Keep your pet comfortable in their own environment, snuggled up with an employee, and avoid dropping them at a boarding facility where nobody stays overnight! You must book additional visits during the day if needed, this is overnight only. No extra charges for multiple pets or medication administration.

    $200 per night

  • Driving your pet from one location to another! Pickup and Drop off! I have a seatbelt connection for dogs. Cats must have their own carrier.

    First 30 minutes is covered by the $30 base fee. It then is charged $15 per every extra 15 mins. Ex: 30-45min: $45

  • Get a nail trim from Tina, a vet tech of 6+ years. Includes trim and dremel. Owners must be comfortable holding their pets for the trim. Dogs & Cats

    House Call: $35

    Hound Wash: $25 (dogs only)

  • Get an anal gland expression from Tina, a vet tech of 6+ years. Owners must be comfortable holding their pets for the expression. Dogs only

    House Call: $40

Our Booking Process

Book a Free Meet & Greet

Meet & Greets are provided to ensure you are comfortable with us and that it is a good fit for your pet. You can book your free m&g here! Meet and greets will be required before an employee can provide a service.

You will get an invite to Scout

Scout is our scheduling application. After completion of a m&g, admin will invite you to this app. This app will have you sign our consent forms, add a payment method, and create pet profiles.

Send Requests through Scout

When you are ready to book with us, send in your appointment requests through scout. It will have you select the date, the arrival windows, and the pets. Admin will then approve/deny.

Completed Visits

At the start of your visit, scout will send you an email or push notification (up to you on which you set up), that the employee has arrived. At the end of the visit you will receive. a report card with pictures!
