Payment Policies:

Please be aware cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are nonrefundable and you cannot reschedule them.

Payment for house calls and hound wash services are required upfront to book your appointments.

Holiday Fees: $10 extra per appointment. Holidays included are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, and Labor Day Weekend.

Any appointments located in Lyle, up Snowden, or The Dalles will incur a $5 gas surcharge.
